Honestly the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. I moved out of the Rochester area and that’s the only reason I left. So much character and charm. Quiet neighbors. Great amenities (washer/dryer, central air, fitness center, off-street parking, the list goes on ...) GREAT maintenance. Whenever I needed anything, they are right there to fix it. The owners are almost always available and treat people with respect. My work is interesting and I have the freedom to work at my own pace.
